• 3 Photos, as per Schengen specifications.
• Covering letter on Company Letterhead.
• Exchange OR CREDIT CARD Copy.
• Return Confirmed Ticket (Original Ticket with Airline Seal) showing departure after 10 working days from the date of submission.
• ORIGINAL Invitation with Company Seal and the Signatures of the Authorised Signatoary.
• Duly Notorised Authority Letter on Company Letter Head.
• Original Health Insurance with Seal and Signatures of the Authorising Signatory of the Insurance company.
• Proof of Hotel Confirmation with signature and the stamp of THE HOTEL/Tour Operator.
• Original, Personal Bank statement (3 months) with Bank Seal and Signature of the Authorised Signatory.
• Original Personal IT papers (2 years).
• Original Pay Slip (3 months).
• Undertaking form.

TOURIST

• 3 Photos, as per Schengen specifications.
• Covering letter preferably on Company Letterhead.
• Occupation Proof (Original Salary Slip (3 Months) / Proprietorship proof).
• Exchange OR Credit Card Copy.
• Return Confirmed Ticket (Original Ticket with Airline Seal) showing departure after 10 working days from the date of submission.
• Duly Notorised Authority Letter.
• Original Health Insurance with Seal and Signatures of the Authorising Signatory of the Insurance company.
• Proof of Hotel Confirmation with signature and the stamp of THE HOTEL / Tour Operator.
• Original, Personal Bank statement (3 months) with Bank Seal and Signature of the Authorised Signatory.
• Original Personal IT papers (2 yrs).

Note :- Western and south issued passport to be applied in bombay.
