Croatia Visa: Required Documents

Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 3 blank pages + all old passports if any.

Visa Application form.

2 recent photographs: colour photo with white background and matt finish(Photo Specification).

Personal Covering letter (For Employed - Plain paper/ For Self-Employed – Company Letterhead).

Original updated Bank Statement with sufficient balance (last 6 months).

Confirmed return flight tickets.

International Credit card copy, last 3 months card statement.

Foreign Exchange receipt / Endorsement on passport.

Income Tax Returns/Form 16: for last 3 years.

Day wise itinerary.

Hotel reservation.

Travel Insurance (minimum coverage of EUR 30000).

Kindly note: The Govt is very strict on the photograph requirement, please ensure that your photos are as per the specifications.

Croatia Visa: Supporting Documents

Supporting Visa Documents As Per Your Occupation, Type Of Visit:

If You Are Employed :

  • Original Leave sanctioned certificate with company seal and signature.
  • Last 3 months salary slip.

    • If You Are Self-Employed :

  • Business Registration License / MOA / Partnership deed.
  • Company’s updated bank statement of last 6 months.
  • Company’s IT returns for last 3 years.

    • If You Are Retired:

  • Proof of retirement like pension book, statement etc.

    • If You Are A Minor :

  • Birth Certificate.
  • Legalized Letter of Consent (NOC).
  • If the child is travelling with one parent, the letter of consent authorizing travel must be legalized by the other parent.
  • If the child is travelling alone or without either parent, a notarized letter of consent from both parents permitting travel.
  • Death Certificate: in case one or both parents are deceased.
  • ID proof of parent like passport or PAN card.

    • If You Are A Student :

  • School / College / Institute ID Card.
  • Bonafide certificate.

    • If You Are Visiting Friend Or Relative :

  • Invitation letter or Letter of Guarantee by Natural Person (certified by a Public Notary in Croatia): in original or copy if the original is deposited at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs in Croatia; with the Letter of Guarantee the guarantor shall enclose proof of permanent source of income (pay slip, pension slip) in the last three months or adequate proof of having funds in a bank.
  • Inviter’s ID proof like Passport or Resident Permit.
  • Address proof like any Electricity bill, any Utility bill etc.

    • If Sponsored :

  • Sponsorship letter.
  • Sponsor’s national ID proof like Passport, PAN card, or Resident permit.
  • Updated bank statement of last 6 months.
  • Income tax returns of last 3 years.

    • For Business Visa :

  • Letter of Guarantee by Natural Person (certified by a Public Notary in Croatia): in original or copy if the original is deposited at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs in Croatia; with the Letter of Guarantee the guarantor shall enclose proof of permanent source of income (pay slip, pension slip) in the last three months or adequate proof of having funds in a bank.
  • Invitation letter from host Company stating purpose of trip, business details etc.
  • Covering letter from Indian company on company letterhead.
