Ukraine : Required Documents

Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 3 blank pages + all old passports if any.

2 Scanned recent colour photograph. ( Photo Specification).

Visa Application form: completed and signed.

Personal Covering letter: explaining purpose of travel to the country.

Original Bank Statement: stamped & updated for last 6 months with bank seal.

Income Tax Returns/Form 16: for last 3 years.

Hotel reservation: proof of accommodation for your entire stay.

Air tickets: proof of return flight tickets from and back to your home country.

Travel Insurance: with minimum coverage of EUR 30000 and valid for entire duration of stay.

Kindly note: The Govt is very strict on the photograph requirement; please ensure that your photos are as per the specifications.

Ukraine Visa: Supporting Documents

Supporting Visa Documents As Per Your Occupation, Type Of Visit:

If You Are Employed :

  • Original Leave sanctioned certificate with company seal and signature.
  • Last 3 months salary slip.
  • If You Are Self-Employed :

  • Business Registration License / MOA / Partnership deed.
  • Company’s stamped & updated bank statement of last 6 months.
  • Company’s IT returns for last 3 years.
  • If You Are Retired:

  • Proof of retirement like pension book, statement etc.
  • If You Are A Minor :

  • Birth Certificate.
  • Legalized Letter of Consent (NOC).
  • ID proof of parent like passport or PAN card.
  • If the child is travelling with one parent, the letter of consent authorizing travel must be legalized by the other parent.
  • If the child is travelling alone or without either parent, a notarized letter of consent from both parents permitting travel.
  • Death Certificate: in case one or both parents are deceased.
  • If You Are A Student :

  • School / College / Institute ID Card.
  • If You Are Visiting Friend Or Relative :

  • Notarized Invitation letter
  • or
  • Document(s) confirming that the applicant is a spouse, a parent or a child of a citizen of Ukraine
  • or
  • Document(s) confirming that the applicant owns property (real estate) allocated in Ukraine
  • or
  • Certificate of a person of Ukrainian descent* issued by Ukraine’s National Committee on Persons of Ukrainian Descent.
  • Inviter’s ID proof like Passport or Resident Permit.
  • Address Proof of Inviter: Utility bill.
  • If Sponsored :

  • Sponsorship Letter: providing the name of the visitors, what the purpose of the visit is, relationship with the visitors, length of stay, dates of travel & any other additional information if necessary.
  • ID Proof of Inviter: Passport or Resident Permit.
  • Address Proof of Inviter: Utility bill.
  • Proof of Financial Support: updated bank statement, pay slips.
  • For Business Visa : Introduction/ recommendation letter from:

  • Invitation letter from an entity/company/organisation registered in Ukraine, presented on the official letterhead.
  • or
  • Invitation letter must be supported by Ukrainian Government issued Company registration certificate.
  • or
  • Document issued by the relevant regional/city state administration/bank confirming that the applicant has made an investment to Ukraine’s economy.
  • Business Covering Letter: from Indian company on company letterhead.
